What information do you
need from me to spec a radiator or cooler?

We have an extensive cross-reference system to OEM part numbers, so usually if you provide the OEM part number for the radiator or cooler, we can provide a Mesabi© replacement.

But what if you don't
have what I need?

Simple. Sometimes we can find the application with the make, model and size of the unit. But if that doesn't work, we just need for you to fill out the application sheet for your specific application. Our engineering group will run calculations and provide the cooler, based on these specifications.

I have a new design I am working on, can you help?
Yes, we can. Our engineering department is known world-wide for designing cooling systems for a variety of applications.


I have an external clogging problem. Can you help me?
Yes, our new V-Tube( core helps reduce clogging and is easy to clean. Also, you can use high-pressure washers up to 1200 psi (82.7 bars) without concern about fin deformation.

How often do I have to replace seals and is this hard to do?
Our warranty against seal leakage is four years, but we expect our heat exchangers to provide service a lot longer than that. Repairs and routine maintenance are simple. We have service manuals and videos available to help you. You can use four minutes per tube as a labor guide for replacing seals and tubes.

Should I stock parts?
It doesn't hurt to have a small amount of parts on hand, but usually we can ship parts the same day you order.

What are your hours of operation?
We are open 8am - 5pm (WST) Mon - Fri at our Welshpool, W.A. plant.

Do you have distributors
in my area?

We sell factory-direct through plants in Hibbing, Minnesota and El Paso, Texas, U.S.A; Hermosillo, Mexico, and Perth, Australia. We have sales and service support in Germany, Peru, Chile, and Indonesia. In addition, many of our sales people live in their territories and so can be quickly available to attend to customers' sales and service needs.


What's involved with setting up an account with L&M?
We simply ask you to fill out a credit application, which is processed the same day received. Our normal payment terms are net 30 days after date of invoice. You can open an account online by clicking here.

How do you normally ship?
We ship by all the major truck lines. We ship FOB L&M Plant (Freight Collect) or for a minimal fee, we can prepay and add to the invoice.

Do you accept credit card payment?
No we do not except credit card payments at this time.
